If you're anything like us, you've been wondering who penned Diddy's verse on Waka Flocka Flame's "O Let's Do It Remix." Well, a source in Diddy's camp revealed to VIBE Confidential that Diddy's 16 was actually written by two ghostwriters.

According to the source, rapper Aasim wrote the first four bars ("I got my billions up/fuckin' with them white folks/Now I don't give a fuck/'cause I'm richer than them white folks/Lamborghini truck/y'all ain't even seen it yet/Bought me Teterboro just so I could Diddy Bop and land my jet"). No surprise there, as Aasim has been Diddy's number one rhyme writer for years.

The second collaborator behind the next 12 bars, the source said, is none other than Rick Ross: "Pimpin' in my convo/bitches in my combo/pictures of Christopher on my wall up in my condo." And this line: "I don't fuck with lame hoes/All I touch is J. Los/All I drink is my shit/Ciroc by the case load."

Now a sophomore at the University of Memphis, Pro is pursuing a bachelors degree in Music Business. Not only does Pro plan on taking over the rap world, he plans on doing it with a boss-like mindset. Educating himself on the music business, he is working on opening his own publishing company which will be named Mockingbird Musik. The watch set is the first of three product launches as it embodies the polar opposite representations of each respective brand. The “BEAUTY” BLK EDITION features a a minimlaistic black case with a full Pave dial and 502 black CRYSTALLIZED Swarovski Elements while the “BEAST” BLK EDITION is done in completely in black except for the hot pink hands.

A brand with an extensive history, Levi’s 1944 501 model references to the Second World War era. In this reproduction version, all excess metal, fabric and threads were removed in order to help the war effort. The iconic Arcuate stitching also had to be taken away, as a result, Levi’s began to paint the design on instead of traditional methods. This can now be purchased through The Three Threads, London at the price of £155 ($248 USD).

Dec. 20, 2009, 5 p.m. - Radio/TV host Tavis Smiley today hit President Obama's apparent looming victory on health care saying that the bill does not go far enough.

"Throughout the campaign, the president promised change," he said on NBC's Meet The Press. "We have change on the horizon here but, unfortunately, it's small change. I find myself kind of like John McCain agreeing with Howard Dean, here I am agreeing with my friend Joe Scarborough."

He continued:

"I think the real winners here are the insurance industry. They're, they're the--yeah, they're the ones who win here. I mean, you, you, you walk through that list, David, of those points you put up earlier. The president wanted the public option, the industry said no. The president wanted to tax their windfall profits, the industry said no. The president wanted to do a variety of things, the industry pushed back. And here's the problem for me. It's not just, David, that we're not getting the kind of health care that we were promised we were going to get, it's that in the president's first big fight with a powerful lobby in Washington, the White House lost and they lost big. And that, I think, portends something very dangerous down the road for all the other issues we have to deal with where lobbies are going to be pushing back on the White House."

Smiley has been a frequent critique of Obama, who he did not endorse. Obama has also never shown up for a major event held by Smiley.

One of the hottest acts out right now with his album release just a few days ago he's only getting hotter. He's on on the cover of Honey Magazine’s November digital issue Wale sat down with HONEY magazine and shared how he feels about Solange:

On Solange
“I do love her,” he admits of Solange, flashing a Cheshire. “We’re friends. She’s amazing. She’s a good person. Any single mother contributing to society the way she does – I got a lot of love for them. She’s got to do a lot on her own and raise a young black man in this day and age so my hat goes off to her. She’s definitely an anomaly. And the way she can do that and manage to do the same things that I complain about having to do.”

His affection is as obvious as a set of flushed cheeks. And impossibly adorable. Wale, the former mixtape rapper from inner city DC, is borderline giddy. “Did you interview Solange about me?” Wale asks. He’s sprawled across his bed; head practically buried in the pillow. “Did she smile when you mentioned my name?”

On his album Attention Deficit

“This is my biography,” Wale says of Attention: Deficit, which leaked a couple of weeks before it’s official date. “It’s honest. Raw emotion. It’s close to me. That’s why part of me will be a little offended if it doesn’t get heard. I don’t want people to take lack of sales as me taking a hit. This is something different. My label is letting me put out an album with a single that released seven months ago. We’re not going for first week sales. We only shipping out 30,000 of them. We’re going for that grind. We’re showing people that you can build a fanbase the old fashioned way.”

On relationships

“It’s about the intangibles in 2010,” he says. “The superficial shit is cool – like, yeah she can fuck, or she got a big butt. That’s the x factor. We’re not going to have sex 24/7 so we need to be friends. I want a girl who you could hijack all her extra artificial cosmetics for a week and not even notice. Somebody who’s smart and can stimulate me mentally because when you on the road it’s not like you can look at ‘em or touch ‘em. I can’t stand girls who don’t challenge their intellect. It don’t hurt if she can sing a little bit.”

On his female fans

“I think people try too hard to market to females,” says Wale. “They insult their intelligence. I feel like there are going to be a lot of females who miss out on some great music on my album just because I wasn’t a huge radio artist.”

On his peers

“I got work to do before I even catch up to Cudi and Drake,” he admits. “They’ve progressed a little bit quicker than I have. I worked twice as hard because I wasn’t fortunate enough to be under a successful rapper to inherit some of their fan base. I had to work for it all and my city had to hold me down.”

News reports that the “Everyone Nose” are adding singer Rhea to the line-up. She’ll first appear on the band’s upcoming fourth studio album, titled “Instant Gratification,” set to be released in 2010. The Toronto-raised singer of Guyanese descent, introduced to the group by a mutual friend, auditioned via Skype with a rendition of “His Eye Is on the Sparrow.” She soon found herself joining the trio, composed of Neptunes producers Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, and Shae.

The 5″4′ beauty has already started performing with the group. They debuted new songs from their upcoming album at a Miami Beach performance over the weekend. You think you know, but you have no idea... this is the bio of Priscilla Renea!... The internet is, by its very nature, an open forum; it’s manna for aspiring music artists looking to cultivate an instant fan base. Of course, with freedom comes responsibility—that of the artist to use the opportunity wisely and make available good music. Too few do so. The ones who do, however, stand out vividly by comparison. Case in point: budding star Priscilla Renea.

From her bedroom in nondescript Vero Beach, Florida, timidly recording and beaming out the first strains of “I Fell in Love,” Priscilla Renea couldn’t possibly expect the zealous support she now enjoys. In fact, she wasn’t trying to change the world, but merely satisfy her own muse: “I started writing my own songs because there wasn’t anything on the radio that I wanted to hear,” says Renea. “And when I discovered YouTube, that added a whole new side to my singing. It made my bedroom performances into live broadcasts.” With the recent flood of celebrities caught compromisingly on camera, Renea’s recordings are fun for the whole family. And while Priscilla waited till senior year of high school to flash her musical wares on the internet, her family had long been exposed to her talents. “My mom always tells stories about how she would walk in the living room and think it was the TV singing, but realize it was me," Renea reveals. “I was two or three years old then!”

Indeed, in growing up, family was Renea’s exclusive audience. A child of the Navy, she bounced in and out of twenty schools before finally landing in Vero Beach. Lasting friendships were hard to come by. In turn, she took solace in the blank page, writing poetry, prose, spoken word pieces, and of course, songs. Into the compositions went the energy and emotion typically invested in relationships: “When I write my songs they're always vivid stories, very quirky, and have a lot of personality and character in them.” She also taught herself both piano and guitar, and endeavored choirs and musical theater as much as her nomadic lifestyle would allow. YouTube was a revelation—a constant and enduring following no matter where Renea went in the world.

In 2007, Priscilla doffed the webcam and the bedroom carpet for the hefty TV cameras and grand stage of MTV and their Say What? Karaoke show. Fans accustomed to seeing her in a small YouTube window reveled in her fullscreen frivolity. And certainly the effect was cyclical and reciprocal; appearing on MTV pushed her YouTube hits to 1.7 million and her MySpace listenership to over half a million. Public opinion had been levied. Firmly comfortable in her own skin, and offering a uniquely subtle mix of chimerical yet anecdotal pop music, Priscilla Renea was poised for stardom.

To fan the flames and set the proverbial stage, Renea has released the 3¬song EP Hello My Apple, featuring a trio of her biggest YouTube compositions: the dignified titular track which waxes on a beau “So hard on the outside but oh-so-sweet on the inside;” the buoyant handclapper “I Fell in Love;” the grand, sweeping “Cry,” an exercise in Renea’s silver pipes. Though the songs strike disparate, dulcet chords, what resonates throughout is Priscilla Renea’s uncanny songwriting chops, honed in a mere twenty years of earthly orbit. “I've always had a way with words,” she confesses. “I write songs that people can relate to; when I sit down with my guitar, it sparks my creativity and it's easy for me to pick out a melody and write.” Considering her penchant for penning entire tunes in ten minutes —earning her the nickname “The Quickness” —she makes it sound so tantalizingly easy. Her lauded writing work for luminaries such as Brandy and Shakira stands as evidence. The legions of discarded singer/songwriters in her wake would attest otherwise.

The musical component firmly on display, Renea’s also showing off her funky, fetching fashion sense; her advertorial array graces the pages of trendsetting magazine Giant, and she’s begun a Baby Phat campaign under the auspices of tastemaker Kimora Lee Simmons. The former fiance of one of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" was killed in a fight outside his strip club in Georgia, authorities said Saturday.

Kandi Burruss, the newest member of the hit Bravo reality show, posted on her Twitter page about the death and asked for prayers for Ashley (A.J.) Jewell's six children.

"I could never in a million years imagine this happening," posted Burruss, a former member of the R&B group Xscape.

"im just in one of those moods where i dont wanna talk," she posted early this morning.

"i dont wanna b held & told its gonna b ok. i just wanna cry myself 2 sleep, alone," she wrote.

Jewell, who made several appearances with Burruss on the show, suffered massive head injuries during a fight late Friday outside the Body Tap Club in Atlanta, according to police.

Police arrested Fredrick Richardson hours later and charged him with voluntary manslaughter, officials said. Witnesses told Atlanta police Jewell fought with Richardson outside the skin palace.

As Gaga stopped on the carpet to chat with MTV News, Kermit flagged her down to make sure she hadn't forgotten her credentials to get inside Radio City. Then, of course, they took the opportunity to kiss a bit more.

"He's been a really good date," Gaga said. "It's our first date, but we've been eyeing each other for a while."

"We're just friends!" Kermit claimed.

The red-carpet arrival instantly became another of Gaga's classic public appearances, joining other times when she's rocked wacky outfits like skintight pleather pants, crystal-adorned leotards, gladiator-style body armor, S&M masks and Marilyn Monroe-esque blonde wigs.

Gaga then headed inside to get set for her highly secretive performance and to see how many Moonmen she'll take home after being nominated nine times, including nods for Video of the Year and Best Female Video.

In a classy display of selflessness, Taylor Swift got a do-over at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards when Beyoncé brought the teen singer up following B's Video of the Year win.

Beyoncé told the audience about her first VMA win as a 17-year-old with Destiny's Child and how much it meant to her. The singer then called Swift from backstage to huge applause.

Earlier in the show, Swift won the Best Female Video award for "You Belong With Me" over B's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)." But during her acceptance speech, Kanye West crashed the stage, took the microphone from her and protested the win, saying Beyoncé deserved it.

B and Swift both wore bright-red dresses and exchanged a hug before Beyoncé passed the mic to the teen artist.

"Maybe we can try this again," Swift said, drawing a laugh.

"I would really like to thank Roman White, who directed the video, and Lucas Till for being in it," Swift said. "I would like to thank all the fans on Twitter and MySpace and everyone that came out to my shows this summer. And I would like to thank my little brother's high school for letting us shoot there."

Swift barely had a moment to utter a word during her first acceptance speech early in the show; West took the microphone away from her almost immediately.

This year, Kanye West picked the beginning of the Video Music Awards to deliver one of his famous rants.

The rapper stormed the stage just after the first award, for Best Female Video, was presented to Taylor Swift. He cut the teen singer off, grabbing the mic and protesting in support of Beyoncé.

"I'm sorry, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time," he proclaimed as B looked on from the crowd, stunned.

During the 2007 VMAs in Las Vegas, West delivered another rant and lost his temper after he was displeased with his performance being set inside a hotel suite rather than on the show's main stage.

'Ye's rants are usually in support of his own work. He memorably took the stage at the American Music Awards in 2004, declaring he was robbed of the Best New Artist nod.

His protest against Swift, however, was not well received. West stood briefly on the stage after his comments as the crowd was silent. Audience members then began to clap in support of Swift after West left the stage.

According to reports from inside the house, once cameras cut away from the action, West flipped off the crowd and returned to his seat. During the next commercial break, Pink walked by the rapper and appeared to shake her head in disgust before security escorted her away. West remained steadfast amidst the commotion as he kissed his girlfriend Amber Rose.

This past weekend at the Jazz Cafe in UK, music lovers were treated to a two-night concert in celebration of Michael Jackson's birthday. It's no secret that the Jazz Cafe stays doing it right, but they upped the ante with SoulBounce faves Eric Roberson and Phonte on the bill for this musical treat. To say that this was a show not to be missed that needs to make its way to the US so that I can see it for myself--and, oh yeah, y'all, too--is an understatement. Thanks to the magic of YouTube, those of us who weren't in attendance get to see Tay and Erro put their respective thangs down as they tackle "Billie Jean" and "Lady In My Life." Phonte is especially impressive with his MiJac swagger, outfit and dance moves complete with Moonwalk, and his chant at the end of his performance has me laughing so hard I've been reduced to tears. Hit the bounce to hear Eric put a hurting on "Lady" while dong double duty as host for the evening. This looks like it was an incredible musical tribute to the King of Pop.
